Superior Vocal Health Guest Blogger Judy Rodman- "What to Eat before you Sing."

One of the most frequent questions I get asked from Voice Professionals is ” What should I eat before I sing?”  It is an excellent question because being able to access our support without feeling bloated and “full” is crucial. In addition, the foods you eat need to support and bolster the energy you need to produce quality sound. This can be a tricky balance.
This week we are very lucky to have Judy Rodman as our guest blogger. Judy has given us some excellent pointers and suggestions in her article:
“What to Eat Before You Sing.”
You may find the link to her article below as well as a short bio of Judy’s vast experience and knowledge as a successful performing artist, song writer, producer and coach.

Judy Rodman has over 40 years of success in the music business. She is a professional vocal coach with students from all over the US and abroad. She has authored and narrated two CD courses in her trademarked “Power, Path and Performance” vocal training system and has just released a breakthrough new ebook and multimedia product called “Singing In The Studio”. She gives advanced workshops and presentations on the voice and vocal production.

Rodman is an award-winning recording artist, stage and television performer (national touring, chart-topping singles, ACM’s New Female Vocalist of the year”), a multi-genre hit songwriter with song catalogs at BMG, Universal, Warner Music, Chrysalis Music and Favorable Wind Songs including two rock musicals, a top session singer on 4 decades of hit records, and is a very active studio producer and vocal consultant. She hosts her own internationally syndicated radio and TV shows called “All Things Vocal” and is member of AFTRA, SAG and AFofM.

As always, I wish you the best on your quest for Superior Vocal Health!
